Entrepreneurial Operating System - Nonprofit Cohort
Does your organization need structure + strategy? Then EOS - Entrepreneurial Operating System might be for you • EOS was developed as a system to harness human energy. While it was developed with for-profit companies in mind, the same principles apply to non-profit organizations as well. It helps ANY organization that wants to be innovative and entrepreneurial.
• If your leadership team is open & honest, and willing to be vulnerable with each other, then you’re the right kind of organization to run on EOS. The EOS tools will help you clarify how to attract and retain the right people for your organization.
• Learning the EOS tools and process will help clarify your long-term vision and help your organization execute on the goals and achieve your objectives.
• With the help of EOS tools, you will go beyond standard strategic planning and you will see a noticeable improvement in how you run a great organization.
