AI is transforming the workplace, but is your nonprofit prepared for the risks that come with it?
From resume screening and performance evaluations to layoffs and workforce planning, AI tools are becoming an integral part of employment decision-making. This webinar will examine real-world scenarios where AI has the potential to offer real benefits, but also poses significant risks. The webinar will further explore steps your organization can take to best promote the positive use of AI among your workforce while ensuring sufficient protections.
Learn how your organization can harness the advantages of AI while avoiding common compliance pitfalls, protecting privileged information, and ensuring that human judgment remains at the center of critical employment decisions.
