Quarterly Nonprofit HR Forum
Beyond Tradition: Creative and Cost-Conscious Benefit Strategies
Join us as we host a conversation with Jamie Charlton, SR VP of Sales, Employee Benefits with Gallagher on a modern approach to benefits. Employers, specifically nonprofits, are looking for ways to offer competitive benefits to attract and retain talent, but with tight budgets and rising healthcare costs, they need creative ways to maximize each benefits dollar. In this session we will explore current trends and innovative strategies—from HRAs (health reimbursement arrangements like QSEHRA and ICHRA) to level-funded plans, telehealth bundles, and taxable stipends—that can help nonprofit leaders contain costs without sacrificing employee well-being. We’ll compare the pros and cons of a variety of options and share real-world success stories for stretching your benefits budget in 2026 and beyond.
As part of our workforce initiative A Force for Good, we are pleased to launch a new quarterly Nonprofit HR Forum for you to meet with your peers for presentations and discussions on high-level issues affecting our nonprofit workforce. These in-person meetings will be open nonprofit staff with HR responsibilities in their role.
We are very grateful to our friends at Clark Schaefer Strategic HR for helping us launch this new offering.
