Join us for an insightful workshop that will equip nonprofit employers with the knowledge and tools necessary to conduct thorough and fair investigations within their organization. This 1-hour session provides an overview of the latest legal developments, practical solutions, and a chance for you to ask your questions live.

Tips & Best Practices When Conducting the Investigation: Learn practical strategies and best practices to ensure your investigations are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Investigation Documentation: Discover the essential documentation practices that support transparency and accountability throughout the investigation process.


This workshop is ideal for HR professionals, managers, and anyone involved in handling workplace issues within their organization.
