2026 Compensation & Benefits Survey Q&A
Leadership Council commissions a comprehensive study of nonprofit compensation and benefits in even years. The 2026 survey is underway and the completed study will be available in early summer. If you have not yet responded to the survey, this webinar is designed to answer your questions about how to complete it and about the data you can expect to see in the final report.
We are delighted to welcome back Dean Dorton as Presenting Sponsor of our 2026 Nonprofit Compensation & Benefits Study. They have sponsored this biennial study since 2018.
The survey is being conducted by Management Resources Association and the survey link will come from the address salarysurvey.mranet@periscopeiq.com.

Topic: AI Tools to Reduce Staff Workload
In this practical session, we’ll explore how AI and automation can reduce administrative burdens for healthcare teams, freeing time for the work that matters most. Using long-term resident care as a use-case, you’ll see real-world examples using tools you already have, like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and practice identifying which tasks can benefit most from AI support.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
Identify administrative pain points in your workflows where AI can help.
Describe real-world AI use cases for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
