Join the Leadership Council of Nonprofits and Clark Schaefer Strategic HR for our first Quarterly HR Forum featuring panelists to explore the topic: Culture Without Chaos: Balancing Flexibility, Accountability, and Well‑Being to Become an Employer of Choice.

Nonprofit leaders are being asked to do more than ever—offer flexibility, prevent burnout, and support employee well‑being—while still delivering on mission‑critical work. How do you create a workplace culture that feels supportive and sustainable without sacrificing accountability, clarity, or results?

Join us for a dynamic panel discussion focused on how nonprofit organizations can become employers of choice by striking the right balance between flexibility, accountability, and well‑being. Our panelists will share real‑world insights on what works, what doesn’t, and how strong leadership and clear expectations can reduce chaos, build trust, and support both employees and the mission.

As part of our workforce initiative A Force for Good, we are pleased to launch a new quarterly Nonprofit HR Forum for you to meet with your peers for presentations and discussions on high-level issues affecting our nonprofit workforce. These in-person meetings will be open nonprofit staff with HR responsibilities in their role. Each quarter's topic will be announced in advance, based on interest expressed by participants.
