You are invited to join us at the Securing the Future Conference! This annual conference is dedicated to building the strategic, leadership, and resource development skills of the board, staff, and donors of Greater Cincinnati nonprofits. This educational conference is designed to address the needs and concerns of nonprofit board members, staff, donors, and volunteers.
The Securing the Future conference has been expanded to a full day, providing more sessions and more time for networking. This year’s conference at the Cintas Center includes an opening keynote and networking lunch, multiple workshop sessions, exhibit area, free parking, breakfast, lunch, and happy hour.

Quarterly Nonprofit Executive Forum
We are pleased to offer a quarterly Nonprofit Executive Forum for you to meet with your peers for presentations and discussions on high-level issues affecting our sector. These in-person meetings will be exclusive to CEOs and executive directors and open to members and nonmembers. Each quarter's topic will be announced in advance, based on interest expressed by participants.

Growing Without Climbing: Career Development Beyond the Ladder

Navigating today's uncertainty and stress requires a new level of resilience, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills. Search Inside Yourself will help you develop critical skills to face today's complex environment and challenges that are sure to come.
Program Overview
Search Inside Yourself takes an evidence-based approach combining neuroscience, leadership, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. The program provides practical tools that can be applied immediately at work and in your personal life. We start with a foundation of mindfulness, and build the core emotional intelligence domains that lead to outstanding leadership:

• Self-Awareness
• Self-management
• Motivation
• Empathy
• Leadership
Program Structure
The program will start with three live online sessions, followed by a four-week integration journey, and concluding with a one-hour capstone webinar. It is highly interactive, including experiential exercises, dyads, group conversations, attention-training practices, and writing activities.
Search Inside Yourself is presented for Leadership Council by Patrice Borders and Jerry Nuesell, who offer their services at a nonprofit rate, allowing us to offer it for a fraction of the cost offered elsewhere.

Advancing Black-Led Nonprofits | A New Program Exclusively for Leadership Council Members
- A 1-on-1 brainstorming workshop (1.5 hour duration) for each of the first six member organizations who request them.
- Workshops will be made available through May 2022 and scheduled at the leader’s and Flywheel’s mutual convenience.
- Organization may have up to three C-level participants.
- Flywheel will select relevant coaches to participate based on the challenge the organization wishes to address.
- Following the workshop, Flywheel will provide a one-page summary of findings.
