BOLD: Board Orientation & Leadership Development

United way has decided to transition the BOLD program to the Leadership Council for Nonprofits. The BOLD program aligns with our mission to maximize the impact of non-profit organizations, develop their leaders and strengthen the community. Through the Leadership Council, the BOLD program will continue to connect solid leaders to opportunities to serve on boards of directors of our local nonprofit organizations.  We will build on the strong foundation established by our partners at United Way to strengthen our community through effective board training experiences.
We are excited to continue to offer BOLD to businesses in Greater Cincinnati while expanding the classes to include more nonprofit leaders. BOLD will resume in the fall of 2019 with two classes. The first class will begin in August and the second class in October of 2019. Applications will open on the Leadership Council website this summer.
Contact Jack FitzGerald, the new BOLD Program Coordinator with the Leadership Council for Nonprofits for any questions bold@leadershipcouncil.us.
