5-Part Leadership Series, plus a 3-Day Leadership Challenge® Experience
exclusively for CEOs & Senior Leaders (with strategic planning & management involvement) of Leadership Council Member Agencies

"Nonprofit organizations operate on tight budgets, with nearly all of their dollars directed at supporting their mission. They often don't have the luxury of offering professional development opportunities for their leaders and staff," says Teresa Tanner, Fifth Third Bank Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer.

With that in mind, LIVE to LEAD (Leaders Inspiring Visionary Excellence) was born in 2015. Now in its 5th year, working with the Leadership Council, Fifth Third Bank helped create a comprehensive development approach that highlights key competencies for nonprofit leaders, such as talent management and change leadership. The program delivers its message through five courses taught by Fifth Third Bank leaders, followed by a deeper leadership dive in a retreat setting.

"This program touches a cord in our community," says Teresa. "And that's what we all strive for in our daily work - to find the creative solution that meets the needs of our customers and our communities."

Who should attend? This program is geared towards CEO/PRES/ED and Senior Leaders w/ P&L and managerial responsibilities. Cost for 5 part Live to Lead series only is $250.Cost for entire 5-Part Live to Lead Series AND the 3-day Leadership Challenge is only $750.
