Anne Maxfield combines over 20 years of progressive experience producing multimillion-dollar results in the 501 [c][3] sector (social services, national health and education) with expertise in operations, fundraising, strategic planning, and tactical implementation.  She launched her business in 2013 and as the needs of her clients evolved, so did her service offerings. Currently, 65 nonprofits in four states have engaged Anne on a strategic and tactical level to include retreat/strategic planning design and facilitation, gap and staff structure audits, organizational strategy, philanthropy/fundraising, and executive recruitment. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Northern Kentucky University.
